Since July 2013, Shiur Central has been accumulating, posting, and publicizing links to source-based shiurim on the Parsha, Chagim and Contemporary Jewish Issues. In the weeks ahead, the website is slated to be reformatted and reorganized to help you more easily find valuable shiurim and links to assist you in your Avodat Hakodesh of disseminating Torah.
Shiur Central is now proud to announce a service that will locate and prepare your source packets for you. For members of the RCA, this service (up to 8 sources) is free, with a recommended donation of $10 per request to help keep our site going. The donation can be made through the donate link on our site.
Service:
– Email us at shiurcentral@gmail.com with the מראה מקומות you would like to appear in your packet in the order you would like them presented.
– Using the latest digital and Torah software, SC will locate and format (where applicable) the sources. If you would like a translation of pesukim, please indicate if you would like mechon-mamre.org translation or the Living Torah translation. If you would like a translation of a Gemara, the Soncino English Gemara is the source used.
– If you would like other sources translated by SC, please indicate. We would appreciate an additional modest donation if more extensive translation is requested.
– Source sheets will be sent to your inbox in Word and PDF versions, and will not be posted on our site unless you give your permission to do so.
